Every year Beloit College issues their mindset list, which helps their faculty and staff get an idea of the incoming freshmen to their college. This year we've had record gas prices, domestic car sales are down, and a president named Bush is increasing the number of troops to the Middle East. But there are some things that have always been there for 18 year olds. Here's this year's list.
