Fangoria Comics is no more. Apparently some corporate restructuring had to be done, as not many people want to pay 8 bucks for a Starlog full of articles and information gleamed online a few weeks before. I'm guessing Fangoria is the same deal. Pardon me for a moment of scherdenfraude, as I recall the Starlog editorials extolling you to follow your dreams and they'll come true, and I sent some cartoons I did for consideration for publication, and got a note with the comics back that they didn't look at unsolicited submissions, contradicting their written policy in the magazine. That was it for me.
