Nickelodeon is promoting their fourth annual Worldwide Day of Play today by "going dark" for 3 hours. And there's a repeating message playing so you won't think your TV is on the fritz. Cartoon Network is doing it's part by showing the movie "Son of the Mask" at 1:30pm, and TV Land continues it's downward slide by showing "Major League" at 1pm.
