Jaime J. Weinman writes about tomorrow's DVD release of the musical biopic With A Song In My Heart which features a not safe for work picture of Susan Hayward learning the hazards of dancing in a strapless gown. Weinman wonders if anyone discovered this and if so why it was left in? Given that it's almost 60 years and there were no 24 hour news channels back then, and it was before home video (and the freeze frame button) and the conspiracy between Madalyn Murray O'Hair and Hugh Hefner to bring down America and apple pie. That's my guess.
Bonus from "ain't the internet good" department: to make sure I had the spelling right, I Googled "Madlyn Murray O'Hare" (sic) and not only got the correct spelling of her name, I got the Wikipedia links above. As a bonus, here's a link to a page debunking the whole O'Hare wants to elimate religious programming on TV.
