Well, my vacation ended Monday, I didn't feel like posting anything because I was getting back into the grind and trying to grind part itself as much as possible. There has to be more to life than working, right?
Also, I wanted the info about the Bankruptcy bill to have the spotlight so that action could be taken on it. I haven't seen anything on the other blogs that sometimes link to me, so I don't know what good that did. Hopefully the rich won't win and the poor won't get screwed again this time.
I pretty much got what I set out to do on vacation accomplished. I didn't get all my unwatched DVDs watched (Just the Babylon 5 season sets and first two Star Trek TOS alone would occupy my time for vacation, if I gave up other activities, like sleeping) Also, the federal tax refund came in and we ended up getting what the wife wanted, a new couch. Also got a new coffee table. And a new bookshelf when the old one was destroyed in the move of the first two items. And there was the cleaning of that part of the living room. It's very nice and feels good that that was accomplished. Now on to the rest of the house...
