Someone called the Webcomics Examiner Advisory Board have selected the best webcomics of 2005. So far, the ones that have caught my eye are Smile and the comics from Beekeeper Cartoon Amusements.

1) Except for maybe 1992-2000, things since Reagan got elected are going to stay the same or get worse. Plan accordingly.
2) Credit cards: only charge what you can pay off within 3-6 months, if that long.
3) Sex is nice, but that girl you're sleeping with? She'll cheat on you in 2-3 years. Plan accordingly (pay more attention to her, or bail now)
4) Stock tips: right now: Wal-Mart. In 10 years: Microsoft, Amazon.com, Google. (Note to you, gentle reader: of course I would provide details of when to buy/sell, and please no suggestions of what to suggest or not, this is my list, put them in your own list)
5) Don't go to college from home. In fact, plan to get away ASAP (tips 2 and 4 should help a lot).
6) Enjoy your grandmas, your cat and comics, because you won't have the first two as long as you wish and wish you had them longer, and comics won't be as good in a few years.
7) Larry, the co-worker always trying to start a fight? Kick his ass.
8) Your wife finds religion around 1997, like hardcore. Again, plan accordingly.

10) When George does make the first three "Star Wars", they won't be as good as you think. (#10 dedicated to Tammy and Highlander)

Randi Rhodes has posted on her message forum a state-by-state listing of GOP scandals, also interesting is friend of the blog's Dan Burton's pecadillos that it links to here. Apparently, he doesn't feel W should be censured for his actions getting us into Iraq, but it's A-OK to chase anything in a skirt.
