Used to, that headline meant something...but I'm getting ahead of myself.
As you've probably heard, TV Guide has revamped itself as a full-sized magazine with less emphasis on TV listings and more on articles and summaries.
There's a big push for the magazine, with coupons offered in earlier issues. 50 cent coupons with double couponing at my friendly neighborhood grocer meant that I got the 99 cent special promotional fee for this issue for free.
Even with that, I still feel ripped off.
While I hadn't purchased it as faithfully as I used to, this new version is not one I will support in the future. The only listings per se are the generic grid like you will get in USA Today. Looks like any TV guide I'll be using in the future will be the one that comes with my Sunday paper.

This is Tony Collett's weblog dedicated to my thoughts on the happenings in the world, comic books, anime, science fiction, DVDs, and anything else I encounter.
I'm forty-something, male, and married (sorry, ladies)
